On-Site Calibration
Calibration where your equipment stands, without stopping production.
We provide on-site calibration for instruments too large, fragile or sensitive to send to the laboratory, and for equipment that cannot be taken out of service for several days.
We work to a jointly agreed schedule in order to keep interruptions to your production to a minimum.
Typical applications
- Heat treatment furnaces and composite autoclaves
- Ovens, incubators, sterilisers and climatic chambers
- Cold rooms and deep freezers
- Pressure gauges that cannot be removed from the line
What you should know
All the instruments we use during on-site calibration, and our calibration personnel, are insured.
On our accreditation certificate, the temperature and pressure entries are marked “At the customer’s site · In the laboratory”. Even so, not every instrument can be calibrated on site under every condition; the instrument type, measuring range and conditions at the site all matter. Once we have your request we assess this together and give you a clear answer.
